Immaculate Cleaners Chicago requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered same-day cancellations and will incur a $70 cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Immaculate Cleaners Chicago devotes substantial time and resources to the recruitment, training, and retention of qualified cleaning professionals. All staff are bound by non-solicitation and non-compete agreements to safeguard the integrity of our workforce.
By hiring our services, the client agrees not to solicit, hire, employ, or contract—directly or indirectly—with any current or former employee, technician, or contractor of Immaculate Cleaners Chicago for independent services outside of the company for a period of twelve (12) months following the client’s most recent service date.
In the event of a breach of this policy, the client agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of $25,000, which both parties agree constitutes a reasonable estimation of the company’s losses due to such a violation.
Immaculate Cleaners Chicago reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at its sole discretion under the following conditions:

Clients must provide legal, accessible, and reasonably close parking for our technicians for the duration of the scheduled service.
To ensure a safe and reasonable working environment for our technicians, the interior temperature of the home must be maintained at a comfortable level prior to the start of service.
