Cancellation Policy

Immaculate Cleaners Chicago requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered same-day cancellations and will incur a $70 cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.

A $70 fee will also apply in the following circumstances:

  • Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
     
  • Lockouts or failure to provide access to the property
     
  • No-shows or unresponsiveness at the time of service
     
  • Delays or tardiness caused by the client that prevent the service from starting on time
     

Property Access

If you will not be present during your scheduled service, it is your responsibility to provide secure and timely access to the premises. You may do so by:

  • Leaving a key with a doorman or concierge
     
  • Providing detailed entry instructions in advance
     

Important: Immaculate Cleaners Chicago is not liable for issues related to defective locks, malfunctioning keypads, or other access-related complications. Any resulting delays, damages, or service disruptions are the sole responsibility of the client.

Failure to provide access at the scheduled time will result in an appointment cancellation, and the $70 cancellation fee will be applied.

Technician Non-Solicitation & Direct Hire Policy

Immaculate Cleaners Chicago devotes substantial time and resources to the recruitment, training, and retention of qualified cleaning professionals. All staff are bound by non-solicitation and non-compete agreements to safeguard the integrity of our workforce.

By hiring our services, the client agrees not to solicit, hire, employ, or contract—directly or indirectly—with any current or former employee, technician, or contractor of Immaculate Cleaners Chicago for independent services outside of the company for a period of twelve (12) months following the client’s most recent service date.

In the event of a breach of this policy, the client agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of $25,000, which both parties agree constitutes a reasonable estimation of the company’s losses due to such a violation.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Immaculate Cleaners Chicago reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at its sole discretion under the following conditions:

  • Unsafe or hazardous working environments, including but not limited to the presence of firearms, exposed wiring, disconnected utilities, or biohazards
     
  • Undisclosed excessive clutter, hoarding, or conditions that impede safe and effective service
     
  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward cleaning personnel
     

If service is refused or terminated for any of the reasons above, the client’s deposit will be forfeited, and the $70 cancellation fee will be applied.

Client Responsibilities on Service Day

To ensure quality and efficiency, clients are expected to:

  • Declutter floors, countertops, and other surfaces prior to the scheduled cleaning
     
  • Secure personal items and valuables
     
  • Communicate in advance if assistance with tidying or organizing is needed
     

If additional time, labor, or materials are required due to unprepared spaces, supplemental fees may apply, and service duration or cost may be adjusted accordingly.

Parking Requirements

Clients must provide legal, accessible, and reasonably close parking for our technicians for the duration of the scheduled service.

  • If free parking is not available, any parking fees incurred will be charged to the card on file.
     
  • If no parking is available and technicians are unable to access the property, the appointment will be considered canceled, and the $70 cancellation fee will be charged.

 

In-Home Climate Control

To ensure a safe and reasonable working environment for our technicians, the interior temperature of the home must be maintained at a comfortable level prior to the start of service.

Cleaning services will not be performed under physically uncomfortable conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive indoor heat (e.g., during summer months without air conditioning)
     
  • Excessive indoor cold (e.g., during winter months without heating)
     

If the indoor environment is deemed unfit for labor due to temperature extremes, the appointment will be canceled, and the $70 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
